  Leadership Academy Program
The Leadership Academy program has been revised. The previous academy has served the District well, but the manner in which the Auxiliary does business has changed and with this change, the duties and responsibilities at all levels of Auxiliary leadership must keep pace. The smooth, effective ways of daily operations require all leaders to be equipped with the skills to achieve success. At all levels within the organization, leaders must be prepared to take on the administrative responsibilities of their position. To accomplish this, a direct "How To" approach is required to prepare Auxiliary members for leadership roles. The new Academy's approach will provide this style of instruction along with other skill enhancements to assist the leaders in dealing with the volunteer member.
